Tadoussac

Tadoussac is a nehlueun word which may be translated into English as «breasts», because of the two round hills on each side of the Saguenay River, facing the St. Laurent River.  It constitutes the perfect placement for landing merchandise for the crossing to Europe and for the Pekuakamiulnuatsh; it was a contact point for meetings with the other nations.
