The Ilnu Economic Development Society
Thus the Ilnu Economic Development Society, is basically an entity thought up and desired by the business people themselves, to support the economic development for the whole community. In its first year of operation, 2001, IEDS consulted and drew up the broad outlines which will serve as its foundation. They installed tourism as the first element to be developed, in light of the wishes expressed by the business people. A little later, they set-up a project office with forestry as the area for priority development.
