Tools used

There were woodworking tools (knife or stone axes, hammers, etc), but there was also wood itself as a tool.  One could use wood or bone for making needles for lacing snowshoes or for sewing (assembling) clothes.  Also, tree roots, being supple, were often used for attaching and sewing clothes and birch bark.
