Resident and non-resident members

Today, the Pekuakamiulnuatsh are spread more or less all over the Province of Quebec and even elsewhere.  Thus, half of our members whom one would call resident members clearly live in the reserve i.e. at Mashteuiatsh.  The other half live outside, many in surrounding municipalities, and are called non-resident members.
